Hotel Policies

• Low season (May 01 to July 14 and Sept. 10 to Dec. 20): Cancellations must be made 1 week before the check-in date to avoid any fees or charges to your credit card. Cancellations made 1 to 6 days before the check-in date will be charged 30% of the remaining room charges.
• High season (December 21 to April 30 and July 15 to September 09): Cancellations must be made 2 weeks before the check-in date to avoid any fees or charges to your credit card. Cancellations made 1 to 13 days before the check-in date will be charged 60% of the remaining room charges.
• No-show and early departure (early check-out): Guests who fail to show-up or check-out earlier than their confirmed check-out date will be charged 100% of the remaining room charges. 

Children Policy

• Only one (1) child under the age of 2 years that share the same bed with their parents can stay at the hotel will go free of charge.
• Children over the age of 3 years are charged the normal adult rate.
